How to book your collection - A step-by-step guide

✅ Visit the Royal Mail website here then follow these easy steps:
✅ Select the Royal Mail Tracked Return Service, and enter the tracking number, shown on the postage label you have received from us. You will need to have your parcel size and parcel weight to hand.
✅Select your parcel's size
✅Select your parcel's weight
✅ Enter your postal address, using the post code look-up, and your name
✅ Then enter your preferred collection time and date
✅ Enter your email address
